We collect the email addresses of anyone who posts messages to our bulletin boards, discussion forums or chat areas. We collect aggregate information on what pages are visited, and we collect information volunteered by the visitor such as survey information and/or site registrations. Our web server does not automatically recognize information regarding the domain name or email address of visitors to our site.

Member Access to Information
We provide IMTA members with access to all information that we maintain about them including unique identifier information (e.g., customer number or password), transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases), contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) and descriptive information about the member or their company. Members may access or correct this information by logging in to the website with their Member ID and updating their Member Profile. With respect to security: When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial data, we redirect visitors to a secure server. You can recognize this by looking for the "https" protocol in your browser's address bar.
