Join IMTA and receive all the benefits of membership. IMTA is dedicated to fostering the exchange of ideas and information and enhancing your knowledge and understanding of the mapping and spatial information industry. Membership applications are available for download at the bottom of this page.
Membership Levels
The IMTA General Membership is appropriate for all commercial and business usage, including manufacturers, distributors, publishers and data/content providers, as well as retailers involved in the development, promotion and sale of maps, atlases, travel guides, globes, cartographic products and data, travel products, and related materials.
The IMTA Associate Membership is available in the Americas, Asia Pacific, and the EAME Regions. The Associate Membership is open to individuals with a non-commercial interest in cartography and cartographic-related materials (i.e. map collectors, students of cartography, map librarians). This is a non-voting membership. If you apply for Associate Membership, please state specifically why you are eligible.
Membership Fees
Annual membership fees are payable in the currency preferred by the governing Region. The general range of membership fees is as follows:
IMTA General Membership:
Americas (North, Central, and South America) USD $180 - 550 per year
EAME (Europe, Africa, and Middle East) UK £150.40 - 455.90 per year
Asia Pacific (Australia, New Zealand, and Asia Pacific) AU $297 - 473 per year
IMTA Associate Membership:
Americas (North and South America) USD $100 per year
Asia Pacific (Australia, New Zealand, and Asia Pacific) AU $110
EAME (Europe, Africa, and Middle East) UK £89.30 per year

Join by using our online, electronic application (credit card payments only) or download and complete the appropriate region's membership application below. Return the completed form along with your payment to the address provided on each form.
Not using a credit card? Membership applications will not be processed without payment. (Refer to each region's payment methods available on downloadable forms.)
